ஆரோக்கியமான, பாதுகாப்பான, அமைதியான வாழ்வுக்கு பத்து கட்டளை.
ஆரோக்கியமாக வாழ்வது எவ்ளோ சுலபம் பாருங்களேன்.
1. Eat foods in their natural states – or as close to their natural states as possible.
2. Plan your daily around the official USDA food pyramid.
3. Exercise moderately at least 20 minutes every other day.
4. Limits fats and sweets in your daily diet.
5. Keep stress at a minimum.
6. Observe safety rules such as buckling seatbelt and avoiding use of cell phone while driving and follow rules while walking in Road.
7. Wash hands frequently and avoid touching eyes and nose.
8. Avoid drugs in all forms.
9. Visit your doctor on a regular basis.
10. Walk and talk with God.
